Screening Events and Community-Based Programs
Swedish Covenant Hospital hosts several cancer prevention lectures and screenings throughout the year. Lectures are given on campus and in the surrounding community on the following topics:
Breast health
Colorectal cancer
Skin cancer
Prostate cancer
Lung cancer
Healthy, cancer-preventing diet
Other community-focused programs include:
Discounted mammograms or free mammograms to those who qualify
Smoking cessation class
